A: Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping (free over $60) takes 5-7 business days.

A: We ship internationally. International shipping rates and times vary by location.

A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, email us at aloha@myendys.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Women's sizes run XS-2XL. Men's sizes run XS-2XL. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Q: What fabric are your scrubs made of?
A: Our scrubs are made from a premium polyester-rayon-spandex blend with 4-way stretch. They're moisture-wicking, breathable, and soft against the skin.
Q: Are your scrubs antimicrobial?
A: Our fabric is treated with antimicrobial agents.
Q: Will the prints fade?
A: Our prints are designed to be fade-resistant through regular washing. Follow care instructions (wash cold, tumble dry low) for best results.
Q: What makes your scrub caps different?
A: Our scrub caps are satin-lined to protect your hair from breakage and keep styles intact. They also feature a built-in sweatband and adjustable tie-back for a secure fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email aloha@myendys.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label (US only).
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: You can return and place a new order. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size while processing your return to ensure availability.

Q: Why are your prints limited edition?
A: We produce in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity. When a print sells out, it's gone. This means when you wear Endys, you won't see yourself coming and going.
