14-DAY RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (if possible)
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email aloha@myendys.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders only)
- Pack your items and drop off at any UPS location
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Please return and place a new order. We recommend placing a new order for your correct size immediately (to ensure availability) while we process your return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email us for return instructions.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received something damaged or defective? Email us at aloha@myendys.com with photos and we'll send a replacement ASAP—no return needed.
